At Zahra Modesty, each piece is selected and handled with love and intention. We aim to bring you modest wear that not only looks beautiful but also makes you feel confident and comfortable. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned.


Our policy follows the Australian Consumer Law, while also respecting hygiene standards and ensuring a fair experience for all our customers.





Change of Mind & Hygiene Policy



Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on hijabs, scarves, or any worn items.


This includes situations such as:


  • Choosing the wrong colour or style
  • Changing your mind after purchase



We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.





Faulty Items



If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.


To request a return for a faulty item, please email us at modesta.zj@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:


  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the fault



Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.





Returns Process for Faulty Items



If your return is approved:


  • You will receive instructions on where and how to return the item.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging (if possible).
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.



Please note: Return postage costs are only covered if the item is confirmed to be faulty.





Colour & Appearance Disclaimer



We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that:


  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or photography
  • These minor differences do not qualify as faults under Australian Consumer Law
